The following describes how we handle personal data in our company.

1. How can you contact us?

2. What information do we process about you and why?

a. Name and surname (identification data):
We need your basic identification data and the address data listed in the following point in order to be able to properly conclude and subsequently fulfil the contracts you enter into with us or to process your orders.
b. Street name and street number, city, postal code, country (address data):
We need your address data so that our couriers or delivery companies can deliver the goods to the correct address.
c. Telephone number and email (contact data):
Your telephone number and email so that we can inform you of the status of your order and so that our couriers can deliver it to you properly. We also need to know your contact phone and email so that we can contact you in case of any changes or changes.
If you do not provide us with your identification, address and contact details, we will not be able to enter into contracts with you and process your orders, so you will not be able to order goods from us.
d. Method of address:
We also keep a method of address so that we can address you correctly in communication. You do not need to specify the method of address, we only use it to make the communication more pleasant.
e. Username and password (registration details):
If you register with us, our system stores the information necessary for you to log in to your account, i.e. your username and password. Without this information, we would not be able to allow you to log in.
f. Number and type of goods purchased (purchase information):
Once you have made a purchase with us, we will also keep information about you and your purchase to help you with your claim. At the same time, this information is used to let us know if you have actually purchased the goods you are claiming for from us.
Occasionally, there are those of you who only order goods several times in a row but do not collect them, incurring unnecessary delivery costs for us. In order to prevent such situations, we keep your identification and contact details for 3 years after your purchase.

g. Cookies:
To make your shopping experience on our e-shop easier and more enjoyable, we also process cookies. However, we only use these for the purpose of displaying the e-shop in your chosen language.

3. Who do we pass your personal data to?

a. Shipping companies:
We pass on your identification, address and contact details to the delivery companies so that they can deliver the goods to you in good order. Personal data is only disclosed to these parties to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods you have ordered.
b. Accountants:
Your personal data is also accessible to the company that is in charge of our accounting and that processes invoices, where your identification and address data are visible.
c. e-shop platform provider:
To a very limited extent, your personal data may also be viewed by the company on whose platform this e-shop is operated.
Your data is safe with us and we do not pass it on to anyone else. If we need to pass on your personal data to another person, we must first ask for your consent. We will not provide your personal data to others without your consent.

4. How long do we keep your personal data?

We retain information about your purchase and your identification, address and contact details for 2 years. We keep it for this period of time so that we can properly handle complaints and respond to any complaints you may have.
We also keep your identification and contact details for 3 years so that we can respond appropriately to customers who order goods several times but do not collect them.
We are required by law to keep certain documents containing personal data. We must keep invoices for 10 years. We keep accounting documents for 5 years.

5. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?

a) The right to request access to your personal data - this means that you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and what has happened and will happen to it while it is with us.

b) The right to rectification - if the personal data we hold about you is no longer up to date or is incorrect, you can ask for it to be rectified.
c) The right to object - if you believe that we are processing personal data beyond our legitimate interest in preventing repeat ordering and non-collection of goods, you can object to such processing, which we must address.
d) The right to erasure (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - i.e. we must erase any personal data we hold about you at your request, e.g. if you no longer wish to be registered with us. However, it may be that there is some other reason that entitles or obliges us to retain the data (e.g. an obligation under the Accountancy Act under clause 4, etc.), in which case we may not be able to delete it.
e) Right to restrict processing - in some cases we may retain personal data, but we may not deal with it in any way; these are the following situations:
i. if you deny the accuracy of the data and we need to verify your communication;
ii. if the personal data is processed unlawfully, but you do not want us to
erase it and instead of erasure you only ask for a restriction of processing;
iii. if we no longer need the personal data but you ask us to keep it to up-
your legal claims;
iv. if you object to the processing, while we verify whether the personal data will continue to be processed in our important interests or not.

f) The right to data portability - if you ask us to do so, we will provide you with your personal data that we process on the basis of the contracts we have entered into with you, consent and also process it by automated means. We will provide you with such data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may transfer such data to a controller that you designate, provided that the controller consents to the transfer.

g) Right to lodge a complaint - if you believe that we are in any way breaching the rules on processing personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
